ABOUT FOCUSED LEARNING AND APPRAISER TEST HELP

TESTS FOCUS ON TRAINEE, LICENSE, CERTIFIED RESIDENTIAL, AND CERTIFIED GENERAL

Focused Learning was created in 2008. We started out as a network of appraisers who enjoyed sharing ideas and experiences about our industry. As the network grew, more and more test takers were starting to provide test questions to help future test takers prep for the exams.

We were paying attention!

We started surveying our national network of appraisers for more testing specifics. The end results are tests that focus on Trainee, License, Certified Residential, and Certified General tests.

PATTERNS UNCOVERED IN APPRAISAL TESTING

Our data uncovered some national patterns:

  • Similar test questions
  • Low pass rates
  • Average test attempts to pass is more than two times
  • USPAP and Ethics questions
  • Conceptional math questions
  • Conceptional questions versus definition questions
  • National scope property type questions

GOALS AND A MISSION

Focused Learning's first goal is to provide you the tools to help you prep to pass the first time and focus your time studying actual test questions versus practicing taking appraisal related what if tests.

Focused Learning second goal is keep the fee low. The journey to become an appraiser is a challenge (as we all know). Why pay more to get less?

FOCUSED LEARNING MISSION STATEMENT
